1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the winrupes platform in any capacity — whether as a guest browsing the site or as a fully registered member placing bets, playing casino games, or processing financial transactions — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and winrupes ("winrupes", "we", "us", "our").

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

winrupes accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT TRC20. All PKR transactions are processed at face value with no currency conversion applied by winrupes. 4.2 Deposit Processing

EasyPaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your winrupes PKR balance within seconds of successful transaction confirmation on the respective mobile wallet network. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically credited within one to two business hours during standard banking hours in Pakistan. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations, which typically takes between five and thirty minutes.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

5.3 Bonus Abuse

winrupes employs automated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including patterns such as low-margin betting to complete wagering requirements, exploitation of the same bonus across multiple accounts, systematic use of free bets on heavily favoured outcomes to guarantee completion of wagering requirements without risk, and any other strategy designed to convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash without genuine exposure to risk. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance and associated winnings confiscated.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on winrupes are subject to acceptance by winrupes at its sole discretion. A bet is only confirmed once a bet reference number has been issued and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your PKR balance. winrupes reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time prior to confirmation, including due to system errors, odds errors, or any reasonable suspicion of prohibited betting activity.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting on winrupes covers PSL, Pakistan international matches (Tests, ODIs, T20Is), ICC tournaments, IPL, and bilateral series involving other nations. All cricket markets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB for domestic and Pakistan international matches; ICC for global tournaments). In-play cricket bets are settled on the state of play at the time a market is suspended or closed, unless the specific market rules state otherwise.

6.3 Bet Settlement Disputes

Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet must be raised with the winrupes support team via live chat within 72 hours of the official event result being published. Disputes raised after this window will not be considered. winrupes's decision on bet settlement disputes, made after review of all available evidence and in accordance with the applicable market rules, is final and binding.

7. Casino & Games Rules

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, the round will be completed based on the state of play at the time of disconnection, in accordance with the rules of the specific game. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the winrupes platform — including but not limited to the winrupes name, logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of winrupes or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of winrupes.

winrupes grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the winrupes platform by automated means.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winrupes excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the winrupes platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to betting or gaming outcomes; loss of data; interruption of service; technical failures; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

winrupes's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their winrupes account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Responsible Gaming
